ESPN | Who’s In?
The college football season is a 15-week fight to the finish, where teams come out of nowhere and knock each other out of the playoff picture. And to hype the 2017 season, we wanted to bring this unpredictable nature to life. Literally. We created a stop-motion world where mascots, coaches, super-fans, and super legends could rumble it out, and fight for the trophy.
This campaign also predicted the future, which isn't something a lot of other ads can say.
We also made a Southeastern Conference spot because... well, the South takes college football very seriously and they're a dang good conference. Oh, and because Paul Finebaum wanted to. Here is Paul Finebaum talking about Clay Finebaum.
The Process
